Description

As a system,
I want single-choice questions to be displayed using radio buttons and multiple-choice questions to be displayed using checkboxes, with configurable option counts and layout orientation,
so that users can respond accurately, responses are stored correctly, and exported reports reflect the data reliably.

. Display radio buttons for single-choice questions

. Display checkboxes for multiple-choice questions

. Allow selection of multiple options for multi-choice questions

. Provide UI settings to:

Configure the number of options

Display options horizontally or vertically with improved UI

Ensure clear and usable presentation of options
