Phase 1 – Sprint Setup¶

• [ ] Sprint Version created (start and end date set)
• [ ] Sprint Wiki page created
• [ ] Sprint Goal written (single sentence)

Phase 2 – Backlog Readiness¶

For every story proposed for the sprint:

• [ ] Status = Ready
• [ ] Acceptance Criteria filled
• [ ] Story Points set
• [ ] Work Type selected
• [ ] No unresolved dependencies

bq. If any item is missing, the story is not allowed into the sprint.

Phase 3 – Capacity and Commitment¶

• [ ] Capacity calculated (outside Redmine)
• [ ] Total Story Points ≤ average velocity
• [ ] Team explicitly agrees to commitment

Phase 4 – Lock Sprint¶

• [ ] Sprint Version assigned to committed issues
• [ ] Backlog reshuffling stopped
• [ ] Sprint officially started
