Sprint Naming (Strict)¶

Sprint YYYY-NN

Examples:

Sprint 2025-03
Sprint 2025-04

Rules:

• NN is sequential (not week number)
• Never rename a sprint
• Never reuse sprint names

Release Naming (Strict)¶

Release X.Y – Short Theme

Examples:

Release 2.5 – Career Expansion
Release 2.5.1 – Hotfix
Release 2.6 – Platform Reliability

Rules:

• Major.Minor = product version
• Patch = hotfix only
• Theme must be business-oriented
